30+ Vegan Recipes You Need To Try


Plant based meals are becoming more and more popular lately. I've been plant based for just over two years (no meat or dairy) now and I can't even tell you how much it has changed my life for the better. My energy levels are so much higher and I am just generally a lot happier in myself and in day to day life. Even if you aren't vegan/plant based, you can still try out vegan recipes! You probably eat a lot of vegan food already without even realising. Like oreos for example, amazing right? yeah, they're vegan too. hallelujah. I really want to push myself into sharing vegan recipes on my blog as I absolutely love making yummy vegan food and finding new recipes from fellow bloggers or on instagram. Although this post won't contain any of my own recipes, I still wanted to share with you all the amount of great vegan recipes that are already out there that I have either tried or have yet to try! anyways, here are some of my favourites that I have either found on Tumblr or Pinterest that we all need to be making as soon as possible.

5. I have made this Garlic Herb Flatbread countless amounts of times by Minimalist Baker. I couldn't recommend it enough.
6. How could you not love this Strawberry Coconut Choc Chip Ice Cream by Snixy Kitchen.
7. No-bake coconut oil cookies by Jaysbakingmecrazy.
8. This really simple strawberry oat smoothie by Connoisseurus Veg. 
9. Mediterranean baked sweet potatoes by Minimalist Baker.

Like I said, I have yet to actually try some of these recipes, I just chose the ones that looked the tastiest to me along with the ones that I have actually tried such as the flatbread (honestly heaven, please try it you'll thank me later) and the spicy vegan jambalaya.
