Autumn Beauty Wishlist

10.29.2018

I know I say this all the time, but autumn is the best time of year to get creative with makeup and it's also my favourite since I adore warm makeup looks, especially with a bronze / gold eye look going on. So many of my favourite brands have recently launched new products and I knew I just had to share my favourites with you as you're bound to fall in love with them as much as I have and I'm certainly going to be adding a few of these items to my Christmas wish list.

Dos Of Colours Let's Get Toasty Matte Lipstick Set - £25

I think it's pretty clear by now that I always drive towards nude shades whenever it comes to lip products. As much as I would love to be able to pull of as many different lipstick shades as possible, neutral tones seem to find their way back to me every time. I've never actually tried anything from Dos Of Colours before, but I've only ever heard great things so I can imagine these liquid lipsticks are gorgeous. I also love how this set contains four mini lipsticks at an affordable price so that you can experiment with slightly different shades and find the perfect one for you.

Too Faced Gingerbread Spiced Palette - £39

Too Faced have been one of my favourite makeup brands for a long time now, so I can always rely on their products to help perfect my makeup. I always find that as soon as they release a new eyeshadow palette, I always end up feeling the need to own it no matter what shades the palette contains. However, I do love how this palette in particular is built up of pretty much all of the same kind of shades I use on a daily basis from other brands, so it seems only right to get this palette so all of my favourite shades are in one product. Browns and orange shades have always been my favourites as I feel like they compliment my eyes most and I have lot of fun playing around with these colours.

Too Faced Tickled Peach Palette - £22

Again, another eyeshadow palette from Too Faced, but they're just so beautiful. I tend to only use matte shades as majority of the time I just can't be bothered with how messy some shimmery shades can be with fallout and everything and since I like to keep my makeup fairly simple on a daily basis, I never feel the need to try adding shimmery shades to my eyes. However, I feel like this palette is very subtle and could be the perfect addition to any eye look to make it stand out a little bit more. This would also be gorgeous to create an evening look and even try going bold with this deep purple shade.

Tarte Shape Tape Foundation - £33

I have yet to be disappointed by any Tarte product. They're my number one favourite makeup brand and I'm constantly raving about their products, so I'd love to be able to give this foundation a try and see if I love it as much as I love all of their other beauty bits. I've heard so many great things about this foundation after all of the hype that their shape tape concealer had. Since this foundation is described as hydrating I can only imagine that it would work perfectly with my skin to give it a bit of life on days where it's looking dull and hopefully it's worth the price as it is quite pricey.

Urban decay Naked Cherry Highlighter & Blush Palette - £25.50

Since the new Cherry collection was released, I've been seeing people rave about their new eyeshadow palette, but haven't seen much hype towards the rest of the collection. After looking at the entire collection, I became obsessed with this little product right here. I'm not usually one for highlight and blush palettes as I like to keep both products separate, but there was something about this palette that made me so intrigued. I think all three shades in this palette are absolutely gorgeous and I know I would get a lot of use out of all of them.

Nars Audacious Lipstick in "Mona" - £26

When I saw this shade online I fell in love instantly. Like I previously mentioned, I'm not really one to wear bright lipsticks, but after seeing this one I knew I had to add it to my Wishlist. It doesn't seem like a bright shade as such, but more of a vampy, dark red. I can't wait to hopefully try this out very soon as it is so beautiful and I think it would be perfect for this time of year.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette - £43

If you haven't been able to tell already, I love eyeshadow palettes. I always find them the most interesting and exciting makeup product to buy because of all of the pretty colours and all the different makeup looks that you're able to create. I've never actually tried anything from Anastasia Beverly Hills, but I see their eyeshadow palettes featured in pretty much every beauty bloggers posts somewhere down the line, so it can only mean that they're great. Since this palette has a lot of neutral tones, I think I'll have a lot of fun creating different day to day looks that aren't too out there, but still look stunning. I also love the rose gold shades as they could be used for either day time or night time looks.

Urban Decay Cherry Scented All Nighter Setting Spray - £10

Urban Decay's "all nighter" setting spray has been talked about for years and I still have yet to try it. Now that the new cherry collection is out and they have just released a cherry scented version of the setting spray, it made me want to try it even more. Since this particular product is travel sized I thought it would be a perfect way to try the product before purchasing the full sized version and spending even more money. I just can't wait to get my hands on this soon so I can improve my makeup game even more.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit - Volume 4 - $80

I've never tried any products from Hourglass, simply because they're so expensive. I've heard people talk about their highlight palettes for years and have always wanted one and after seeing their new holiday collection featuring this gorgeous palette, I knew I had to have it. This palette contains four of their original shades with an addition of two new shades. Every single shade in this palette is flawless and honestly the thought of using this for the first time would break my heart as it looks so smooth and perfect and I wouldn't want to ruin the palette. I also love how simple the packaging is!

Have you tried any of these products?

Love Always,
Shannon x

  3. Feeling confident is very important for all. I had low confidence for a long time because of my full face of acne and acne scars. I decided to go to hypopigmentation after acne to get their treatment. They have the latest technology along with expertise. They help me to get clear skin within a very early period.
