Links I love | Weekend Reads

2.23.2019

Hello and happy Saturday! Today's been pretty chilled out for me, I've been planning a bunch of blog posts, taking photos but doing it all at my own pace rather than rushing about and thinking that I don't have time to stop.

Along with blog bits, i've also made some healthy treats to share with the fam, sang along to the Matilda soundtrack on repeat (possibly a new found love of mine) and drank several cups of coffee. A pretty good Saturday so far if you ask me, and it's only 4pm.

Over the past few months I've gotten into reading a lot more, whether that be books, articles, blog posts, you name it. I'm so happy that I've fallen back into this habit as it's something I haven't done in quite some time and to be honest, it feels really good.

Today I thought I'd share a few links to some amazing blog posts that I've found over the past couple of days as they're too good not to share with you. So, if you're wanting to learn something new, follow a new recipe, or fancy a bit of shopping then carry on reading!

After reading this post about not being "bikini body ready" and learning how to take photos when you feel like a potato  I suddenly didn't feel so alone. If you struggle with body confidence, then these posts will really inspire you to not care so much and put you on the journey to loving yourself.

Looking for a new recipe to keep you warm this winter? then this vegan chickpea minestrone soup or everyday vegan lentil soup are bound to keep you feeling cozy!

As someone who is aiming to launch their own business soon, I found these ten steps to launching your business so beyond helpful!

The Little Blog Of Vegan never fails to come up with the yummiest looking treats and these chocolate marshmallow filled cookies are no exception. Perfect for a lazy Sunday!

Stuck in a rut or feel like you have no direction? then learning from this post on what to do will benefit your state of mind massively.

It's always fun to learn new things and fashion is one of my favourite topics. This post on how to have less clothes but more outfits may inspire us all to splurge less on items we don't really need and maintain a smaller wardrobe.

I've been wanting to get into listening to podcasts for a while now, but didn't know where to start until I read this post! Do you listen to podcasts? if so, feel free to leave a few suggestions in the comments!

Well, I think that's it for now until next week! I'd love to make this a weekly thing as I love reading these types of posts from similar bloggers as they're perfect for a bit of weekend inspiration and can even be helpful for the week ahead.

What's your favourite blog post been this week?

Love Always,
Shannon x

  11. Thank you so much for sharing a few vegan recipes you discovered recently! I made the recent decision to change my diet to be more plant based so I could really try making some new vegan dishes at home. I'll have to try the ones that you recommended here. :)
