Tropical Baked Oats


If you want to experience the taste of summer for breakfast, then you must try these tropical baked oats! Bursting with flavour from mango, pineapple, papaya, passionfruit and coconut!

Serves 1

You will need:

- 70g oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp granulated sweetener or sugar
- 1 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods tropicana blend
- 95ml dairy-free milk
- Coconut yoghurt
- White chocolate chips


1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Add the oats to a blender to create oat flour.
3. Pour the oat flour into a bowl, along with the baking powder, sweetener/sugar, Tropicana blend and dairy-free milk. Mix everything together until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into a ramekin or other small ovenproof dish.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and top with some coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of white chocolate chips.
