Matcha Waffles | Vegan


If you love matcha then you’ll love these waffles! They’re so easy to make and are a delicious breakfast/brunch idea.

You can pretty much top these with whatever you like, but I thought I'd stick with a green theme by topping mine with kiwi. 

I also love adding coconut yoghurt on top, but you could skip this and just add maple syrup. Totally up to you!

You will need:

- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 2 heaped tsp matcha powder
- 2 tsp granulated sweetener
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Simply mix all the ingredients together and spray a waffle machine with some oil. Cook for about 2 minutes and top with some yogurt, maple syrup, and kiwi.
