Easy Tzatziki Dip | Vegan


This dip is so delicious and only takes a couple of minutes to make. It's the perfect refreshing summer dip, ideal for bbqs or paired with your favourite crisps. 


All you need is:

- 1/2 cucumber
- 200g vegan greek style yogurt
- Handful of fresh mint
- 1 garlic clove
- salt & pepper
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


1. Cut the cucumber in half and use a spoon to remove the seeds. Grate the cucumber and sprinkle some salt on top (about 1/2 tsp).
2. Squeeze out any excess water from the cucumber using your hands. Place the cucumber in a bowl.
3. Add the yogurt to the same bowl along with the chopped fresh mint and diced garlic. Add some salt and pepper to taste and squeeze the lemon juice.
4. Mix everything together until combined.
5. Serve with crisps and enjoy!
