This pistachio and chocolate chunk ice cream is incredibly simple to make using the Ninja Creami Deluxe! (Gifted) which is perfect for whipping up quick desserts when you want something refreshing.
Pistachio and chocolate is one of my absolute favourite flavour combinations, so I couldn’t wait to try this out!
This recipe is dairy-free, egg-free and vegan-friendly.

- PISTACHIO AND CHOCOLATE CHUNK ICE CREAM -
You will need:
- 1 400ml tin of coconut milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup/maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1 bar dairy-free chocolate
- Large handful of pistachios
Method:
1. Pour the coconut milk into the Ninja Creami container, along with the agave syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract. Whisk together.
2. Place the lid on the container and place it in the freezer overnight.
3. Once frozen, remove the lid and leave the container out for 20 minutes to thaw slightly.
4. Chop up the dairy-free chocolate in the meantime.
5. Place the container into the machine.
6. Press FULL, set it to the ice cream setting and spin.
7. Take the lid off and add a splash of dairy-free milk to the container if it’s looking a bit powdery.
8. Place it back into the machine and press the re-spin button.
9. Once the consistency is like ice cream, remove the lid and add the pistachios and chocolate chunks.
10. Press the Mix In button.
11. Remove the lid and enjoy!
