Coconut Berry Balls | Vegan


 These little no-bake coconut berry balls are the perfect summer snack. They only take a few minutes to make and are delicious! The coconut and berry flavours work so well together!

Serves: 15

You will need:

- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tbsp Unicorn Superfoods beauty blend
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 cup oat milk (or other dairy-free milk)
- 2 cups vegan white chocolate


1. Simply add the coconut, beauty blend, coconut oil, agave syrup, and oat milk to a blender and pulse to combine.
2. Once the mixture is sticky, roll it into 15 balls.
3. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 40-second bursts, stirring in between until melted.
4. Dip each coconut berry ball into the white chocolate until they are all coated.
5. Place in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
Store in the fridge.
