Raspberry & White Chocolate Baked Oats | Vegan


I’m back at it again with another baked oats recipe, this time with raspberry and white chocolate aka a match made in heaven.

If you have a sweet tooth, then you'll love this one. It's just like having cake for breakfast, but healthier! 


You will need:

- 60g unflavoured instant oats (oat flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 85ml unsweetened oat milk
- 35g dairy-free white chocolate chips
- Handful of frozen raspberries


1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. In a bowl, combine the instant oats, baking powder and granulated sweetener.
3. Pour in the vanilla extract and oat milk and mix until smooth.
4. Fold in the white chocolate chips and the frozen raspberries.
5. Transfer the mixture to a ramekin and bake in the oven (or air fryer!) for 25 minutes.
