5 Ingredient Garlic Swirls


These garlic swirls, containing 32g of fibre (or 4g per swirl) are so easy to make as they follow 5 simple steps.

These garlic swirls are quick and so simple to make, using just 5 ingredients.

Serves: 8
You will need:

* 300g dairy-free greek style yoghurt
* 350g self-raising flour
* 145g vegan butter
* 1 small head of garlic
* Handful of fresh parsley


1. Combine the yoghurt and flour in a bowl until a dough forms (add a splash of water if the dough is too crumbly).
2. Dice the garlic and combine it with the butter in a bowl. 
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and spread the garlic butter on top. 
4. Roll the dough horizontally into a log and then slice into 8.
5. Place the swirls into a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes. Brush with some extra melted butter and serve!
