Peanut Butter Pancakes

5.07.2024

If you want to switch things up from your standard vanilla pancakes, then you should definitely try this peanut butter stack! Paired with bananas, pecans and cinnamon, these pancakes are absolutely delicious.

I used Whole Earth peanut drizzler in this recipe.

- PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES -

You will need:

- 150g self-raising flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp caster sugar
- 190ml dairy-free milk
- 3 tbsp peanut butter drizzle.

- 1 banana
- a small handful of pecans
- cinnamon
- peanut butter drizzler

Method:

1. In a large bowl, combine the self-raising flour, baking powder and caster sugar.
2. Pour in the dairy-free milk and add the peanut drizzler. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
3. Add a little bit of oil to a nonstick pan on medium-low heat and add the batter (the mixture should make 5 pancakes). Cook for a couple of minutes on each side. You’ll know when to flip them when bubbles start appearing.
4. Serve the pancakes with a generous amount of the Whole Earth Drizzler, slices of banana, chopped pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
