Easy 4-Ingredient Vegan Waffles


These healthy, four-ingredient vegan waffles are ridiculously easy to make and can be made healthier for breakfast time or more indulgent for dessert! they are equally delicious either way and can be topped with so many things! my go-to is lotus biscoff spread or maple syrup and berries! 


Makes: 3 waffles

You will need:

- 3/4 cup self-raising flour
- 3 tsp granulated sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsweetened oat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract


1. Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.

2. Preheat your mini waffle maker and lightly grease it with a little oil.

3. Pour your batter into the mini waffle maker (divide the mixture into 3) and cook for around 1 minute. 

4. Finally serve with your favourite toppings!
