Easy Protein Nachos | Vegan


When I tell you I am OBSESSED with these, I really mean it. These nachos are packed with 22g of protein and are insanely delicious, I could eat them daily they're that good. Even writing this post now is making me crave them!

I’ve teamed up with Good And Honest on this recipe, using their salt and pepper protein crisps and omg they’re amazing. I love their entire range, but this flavour has to be my favourite! You will need:

- 50g Good & Honest salt and pepper protein crisps
- 80g refried beans
- 80g black beans
- 58g cool salsa
- 1/2 large tomato
- 50g vegan cheese
- JalapeƱos, to taste (optional)


1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
2. Pour the protein crisps into an ovenproof dish.
3. Layer the refried beans, black beans, salsa, chopped tomato and vegan cheese shreds on top.
4. Add some jalapeƱos to taste for some extra spice. This is completely optional, but I personally love adding them!
5. Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese has melted and everything has warmed right through.
6. Serve and enjoy!
