So if you want your home to smell like a deliciously sweet bakery, then go ahead and bake these incredibly delicious cookies and impress your loved ones (they won't be able to tell they're vegan!)

Makes: 8  Prep Time: 10 mins  Cook Time: 15 mins

You will need:

- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 vegan eggs (I use Free & Easy Foods egg replacer)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pack of Oreos
- 1 bar vegan milk chocolate, cut into chunks

1. Preheat the oven to 200C and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegan butter, light brown sugar and caster sugar. Mix until smooth.
3. Add the salt, vegan eggs and vanilla extract and mix again.
4. Sieve the plain flour into the mixing bowl and add the baking powder. Mix until completely combined and a soft cookie dough has formed.
5. Chop up the Oreos and chocolate bar into small chunks. Add both of them into the mixing bowl, leaving some behind for topping (optional). Fold them into the mixture.
6. Roll the cookie dough into 8 balls and space them out on the prepared trays. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
7. Once the cookies are out of the oven they will still be very soft, use this time to place the leftover Oreos and chocolate on top of the cookies, pushing them into the cookie lightly.
8. Allow the cookies to cool completely before enjoying
