Garlic Butter Fries | Vegan


I can’t put into words just how much I love this recipe. These are perfect for sharing (or not, who’s judging)

I absolutely love garlic butter, but it is NEXT LEVEL on fries. If you haven't tried this combo before, then this is your sign!


You will need:

- 800g white potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 heaped tbsp vegan butter
- Flaky salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish


1. Peel and chop the potatoes into sticks.
2. Place them in the air fryer or on a lined baking tray and coat them in the olive oil.
3. Place in the air fryer for 20 minutes or the oven for 30.
4. Once the fries are cooked, chop the garlic finely.
5. Place the vegan butter and chopped garlic into a frying pan on medium heat for 1 minute.
6. Toss the fries in the garlic butter and add the salt and pepper to taste.
7. Top with some fresh rosemary and serve with your favourite dip!
