Easy Butter Bean Hummus | Vegan


This super easy butter bean hummus is about to become your new favourite dip, it’s so creamy, smooth and everything a hummus dip should be! 

I paired mine with some sweet chilli-flavoured popped chips, but chopped veggies like cucumber, carrots and peppers are always great. I also love it with warm pitta!


You will need:

- 1 tin of butter beans
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- juice from 1 lemon (4 tbsp)
- 2 large ice cubes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper


1. Drain and rinse the butter beans.
2. Simply add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender/food processor and mix until smooth.
3. Pour the hummus into a bowl and serve with pitta, sliced vegetables or popped chips!
