White Chocolate Strawberry Cups | Vegan


These 3 ingredient no-bake white chocolate and strawberry cups are the perfect lazy treat. These are perfect for when the weather is warm and you want to whip something up that involves minimal effort and just needs a little while to chill before enjoying!

If you love crispy treats then this one is for you!

They are dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free!


You will need:

- 1 1/2 large packets of Good & Honest sweet and salty popped crisps
- 300g vegan white chocolate
- Handful of freeze-dried strawberries


1. Simply pour the crisps into a bowl and use your hands to crush them into small pieces.
2. Add the white chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and place in the microwave in 35-second bursts, stirring in between until melted.
3. Pour the melted chocolate over the crushed popped crisps and mix so that the crisps are well coated.
4. Scoop the mixture into 6 muffin cases (or a silicone mould like I used) and add the freeze-dried strawberries on top.
5. Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before enjoying. (I would allow them to sit for 5 minutes so they’re not too hard to eat)
Store in the fridge!
